We are seeking
Earthworks Supervisors, Structures Supervisors & Senior Earthworks Supervisors
for multiple projects in Western Australia.
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Minimum five years’ experience supervising and leading crews of Plant Operators completing bulk earthworks packages (Earthworks Supervisors)
- Minimum five years’ Experience on major building projects with heavy structures knowledge including lifting operations (Structures Supervisors)
- Ability to maximise productivity rates and report on production and progress of the earthworks team
- Frontline Management or similar supervisor training preferred.
- A collaborative and diligent attitude to project delivery and commitment to promoting a friendly team environment on site
- Absolute commitment to safety in everything you do.
- Willingness to work on a 14 days on, 7 days off, Fly in Fly out roster.
